Destination Fish: A Traveler's Guide to Sportfishing the Globe, launched in early 2007, is different in that it only covers destinations outside the continental U.S. and offers information about other things to do in a particular area. You can see articles from the first issue on the web at www.desinationfish.travel , and the second issue's articles will soon be online as well. As a part of this magazine, I am also looking for notable resorts world-wide to be highlighted in a regular column called "The Resort Report." If you have been to fishing destinations around the world and have material and photos for an article, please send queries to Doug Kelly, the editor-in-chief, at doug7kelly@yahoo.com. We are particularly looking for places in Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia/South Pacific. (We've been inundated with queries in South America, the Caribbean and Alaska.) The pay rate is comparable to Sport Fishing. Please contact Doug for details. So far, we've had Wade Boggs and Jimmy Johnson on the covers, and we are looking for other fishing celebrities for future covers.
