OWAC Supporting Member California Waterfowl Association is partnering
with Turk Station Lodge in Coalinga to host two exciting youth
hunter camps this summer.
Camp #1: Tuesday, June 19th through Saturday, June 23rd.
Beginner camp allows new hunters to earn their hunter education
certification in a safe, low-pressure environment while learning
outdoor skills and having a great time.
Camp #2: Tuesday, June 26th through Saturday, June 30th.
Advanced camp offers an exciting array of activities to challenge
young hunters who have their hunter safety certification and
are interested in advanced instruction and hunting techniques.
Activities include wilderness navigation and survival, archery
hunting, rifle and shotgun shooting, and lots more.
Cost for either camp is $250 per person, which includes all meals,
overnight lodging, materials, CWA membership, and lots of goodies.
Registration will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
These events are sponsored in part by Turk Station Lodge, The NRA
Foundation, Cabela’s, and STEP OUTSIDE.
To register or get more information, please contact CWA at (916)
