The makers of neoprene, charged with price fixing, have agreed
to pay $3 million in restitution, which will be divided among
17 nonprofit organizations. OWAC Supporting Member California
Waterfowl Association is one of the recipients and will put
the funds to use in protecting habitat and our hunting heritage.
