Continuing our aim of becoming the global de-facto home for fly-fishers everywhere, we are pleased to announce some recent significant additions to the team. Joining Fish & Fly Ltd. as Operations and Marketing Director is Paul Sharman. Recently returned to the UK from 8 years in sunny San Diego-California, Paul brings the perfect mix of business and editorial skills on-board. As an active member of the Outdoor Writers Associations of America and California, and the Outdoor Writers and Photographers Guild of the UK, Paul has over 40 published articles to date in such titles as Fly Fishing in Salt Waters, South West Fly Fishing, Salmon & Steelhead Journal and Voyages de Pêche amongst others. Sharman says “Working at Fish & Fly is a fantastic opportunity for me. Being able to combine my business background with a lifelong passion for fishing and the outdoors, I am looking forward to putting all my energy into continuing to grow the tremendous resource we have out there and being at the leading edge of all things fly-fishing.” We are also very pleased to welcome James and Martin Worby of ‘Out There Films’, a production company specialising in outdoor films to Fish & Fly who will provide top-class video content for the website as well as other larger projects we are working on.
