2007 Event Will Feature Great Bargains on Fishing Tackle and More

United Anglers of Southern California’s 6^th Annual Garage Sale Fundraiser has been set for Sunday, November 18 — and it promises to be even bigger and better than last year’s blowout event.

Once again, event organizers will be loading up with so many great bargains on new and used reels, rods, tackle boxes, lures, gaffs, accessories, clothes, camping gear and more, they will be displayed under a big top circus tent outside the Turner’s Outdoorsman warehouse in Ontario.

This important annual event raises thousands of dollars to support United Anglers of Southern California’s many year-round activities on behalf of recreational fishing and marine resources. Volunteers for the non-profit organization work for months gathering up great recreational products donated by manufacturers, retailers and even private citizens, so they can offer sportsmen across Southern California fantastic bargains on all sorts of gear.

The sale will run from 9:00 a.m. to Noon and is open to everyone.  UASC members with membership cards, however, will be admitted 30 minutes early to get first shot at all the best goodies. Those who want to sign up for membership onsite to support UASC and get in early will be able to do so starting at 6:00 a.m.
